There are a range of factors that determine cost with the size/weight of your medal and quantity being the most significant factors. As a guide most of the medals we do for club sports cost between $5.00 - $8.00.

For large mass participation events the costs per medal can be much lower. Get in touch with your requirements and we will provide a quote that suits your budget and requirements.

Yes! If your order has multiple zeros, for example a large multi-sport event or mass participation event, the cost per medal will significantly decrease. Tell us your numbers and the event and we will provide a quote.

For most orders we ask for 6 weeks from the time design is approved to the time they are delivered to you via air freight.

If your order is over 1000 medals we will offer you a sea freight option which can be cheaper but take a bit longer – typically 12 weeks from design approval to delivery.

If you have longer than these timelines that’s great! The earlier you can place your order the better to save any last-minute stress.

Because we have the medal mould created we can take 1 week off the timelines for a re-order. Please factor in 5 weeks. If you need them sooner than this get in touch and we will see if some magic can be worked.

Epic Medals HQ is based on the sunny Gold Coast in Australia. Our designers all live and breathe the Gold Coast lifestyle whilst our Account Managers are based across Australia.

98% of our medals are manufactured in China with a partner factory we have been working with since Epic Medals began in 2018. We create a small number of high-end medals made from brass or sterling silver instead of zinc alloy and these are made outside of China. We can discuss this with you if you wish to know more.

We care for our environment and are continually learning and implementing business practices to reduce our plastic waste and carbon footprint.

The book "The Carbon Almanac" is always within reach at Epic Medals HQ and we recommend it to any business looking to improve and make a difference.
